Information we use

Business names, login emails, password hashes, profile and Smart Action links, branding, subscription records and uploaded logos help us operate your account. We store customer ratings, notes, editable review drafts, timestamps, scan sources, Smart Action clicks, user-agent data and keyed IP hashes for analytics and abuse prevention. Legacy private-feedback records submitted before that feature was retired may remain subject to our normal retention and deletion process.

Service providers

Customer notes, selected highlights and business context are sent to Google Gemini for drafting. Avoid sensitive personal information in hints. Razorpay processes payments; RevQR stores order/payment references and statuses, not full card data. Hosting/database providers store application data. Email providers deliver verification and purchase messages. Delivery details are shared with the courier for physical orders.

Cookies and retention

We use necessary cookies for sessions and verification flows. Operational logs and transactional records support security, fraud prevention and fulfilment. We retain account data while needed for the service; contact support to request access, correction or deletion. Some payment records may need retention for accounting or legal obligations. We do not promise immediate deletion from existing backups.

Your choices

Customer reviews remain editable and are posted only by the customer. Ask support about access, correction, deletion and provider processing. We do not sell customer review data.
